JCM Online Bootcamps

JCM Bootcamps are online group seminars designed to provide club employees with best practices across JCM and Jonas Activity Management's suite of applications.

These seminars are 2-3 hours in length, depending on topic, with time allocated at the end for Q&A.

Each seminar is $150 per club and any number of staff from your club may attend. No more than 12 clubs will be in attendance so request your club's spot as soon as possible.

*Please note that there is a $150 cancellation / no show fee.

Earn HFTP and CMAA Educational Credits

Jonas Bootcamps are HFTP and CMAA qualified education courses which may contribute to your educational credit requirements.

After you attend a bootcamp (within 24 hours) you will receive a link with access to a recording of the session, a request to complete a survey, and a link to download your certificate. Certificates are only available to all those who registered to attend and actually attended the bootcamp, keep in mind the club can have as many people register to attend the same session. Individuals sharing the same login link or sharing a screen to view the webinar will not be able to receive their own certificate.

System Maintenance & Cleanup

Just like your car – the Jonas Club Management system requires regular maintenance. Learn the in’s and out’s of how to optimally maintain your Jonas system so that it is performing at its best. We will teach you how to archive old data, inactivate items which are no longer in use, and provide some guidance and best practices for all these components, all the way through to purging old/outdated data.

Jonas Activity Management Events

This seminar focuses on the Event Management application and is intended for Catering & Events Staff and Managers. This session will review both types of event processing: club events and private events. This will enable your staff to create events from start to finish, including billing and generating forms.

Note: This session does not cover the Banquets & Catering module. It is intended for clubs using Jonas Activity Management Event Management. Please verify your club is using Jonas Activity Management Event Management prior to requesting registration.

Report Writing

This seminar focuses on how to build and run reports in a range of report generators across Jonas Club Management, including (but not limited to) the Master Generator and Club Management Report Generator. We will also walk you through how to use and customize F9 Reports, and provide examples of commonly used reports.
