Jonas Encore Bootcamps are online group seminars designed to provide club employees with best practices across Encore’s suite of applications.

Bootcamp Seminars & Schedule

These seminars are 1-2 hours in length, depending on topic, with time allocated at the end for Q&A.

1 hour seminars are $100 per club.

2 hour seminars are $150 per club.

Any number of staff from your club may attend. Each seminar is limited to the first 12 clubs registered, so request your club’s spot as soon as possible.
*Please note any no-shows incur a charge equivalent to the price of the registered bootcamp.

Accounts Payable
Encore Accounts Payable setups and processing including adding / updating vendors, invoice and payment processing, reciprocal vendor payments, quick & manual payments, reversing payments and invoices and Accounts Payable reporting.

Club Credits
This seminar focuses on the Club Credits module and is intended for staff that will be issuing, redeeming or managing club credits including sweeps, credit book, gift certificates or gift cards. The session will highlight how to create credit categories, as well as how to issue and redeem various credits at point of sale or through the back office. Reporting and expiring club credits will also be covered.
