Attention: HIRE ACT and Employer Social Security Tax Exemption


The HIRE ACT was signed in as law on March 18, 2010. The HIRE act allows employers to be exempt from paying the Employer portion of Social Security for newly hired employees who have been unemployed for at least 60 days.
