I joined the Jonas team back in 2014 as a Club Support Specialist, helping clients to navigate and leverage our software. Prior to that role I was the General Manager of a restaurant, so I’ve been in the service industry for over two decades. I moved over to the Care team in 2022 and since then, have enjoyed getting to know our clients on a more personal level. I look forward to building a relationship with our clients as their dedicated Care representative.

Favorite Software Feature

Many of our clients really like that in most areas of Jonas where there is a list of items, you can easily get a report by hitting F9 in the lookup field and design a report of all the available data.
