I joined the Jonas Care team in early 2022 but my experience going above and beyond for clients stems back to the Y2K years. With a rich background in Customer Service and Administration, I am looking forward to using my skillset so you feel comfortable talking to me about what’s working, what’s new, challenges and how I can support you, to get the most value for your Club. I am committed to helping make your day-to-day tasks easier through your software, and getting to know you in the process is an added bonus.

Favorite Software Feature

My favourite Jonas feature is the VIP Messages. Users can create pop-up messages when various modules are accessed, using the member’s ID. Someone has a peanut allergy? No problem. This will pop up anytime this member orders something from your kitchen or snack bar, but doesn’t need to pop up when booking a round of golf or tennis court.
