Letter Designer
The Letter Designer feature allows you to create confirmation letters, deposit letters, and even “Thank You” notes, all of which can be emailed, allowing for a personalized guest experience.
Custom Reporting
Custom reports based on guest history and tracking details enable your club to develop a list of attributes that are common among repeat visitors, and then target those members for upcoming promotions.
ClubHouse Online
Members can log into your ClubHouse Online website and make a room reservation anytime they wish. All reservation rules in your back office system carry over to the web, and email confirmations are automatically sent.
