Jonas Event Registration enables clubs to schedule events, register members/guests, and manage resources by way of its familiar user interface. This dynamic tool will allow you to check members and guests in once they have arrived and even process their payment through Point of Sale. Event Registration is seamlessly integrated to your Jonas Management System, so there are no manual uploads or interfaces required.
Creating Events
From the Main Screen, simply choose a date from the calendar, then right click to create a new event. In addition, you can edit, delete, or register members/guests for an existing event.
Customizing Event Details
Once an event has been created in the Main Screen, the Event Setup Screen enables you to establish all of the limits and requirements for the event. Quickly manage the details regarding Event Attendance, Pricing, Resources, Facilities, Wait Lists, and more.
Managing Event Registrants
The Event Registration Detail Screen enables you manage all of your events & registrants from one screen. You can register, check-in, and even create chits for members and guests. This process is made possible because Event Registration works in conjunction with your existing Jonas Member File and Point of Sale.
Settlement
Instead of manually creating chits after an event, fees associated with event attendance can be settled individually on behalf of registrants thanks to the integration with Jonas Point of Sale. This process can be further streamlined by utilizing the Auto Chit Creator to both assign responsibility for fees among registered members and automatically create chits. In addition, you can opt between automatically creating and closing all chits or creating the chits and leaving them open within Point of Sale, which allows servers to append additional items during the course of the event.
