The Food & Beverage system is focused on efficient management of your dining and event operations. From the customizable Point of Sale system to Banquet & Event Management, the fully integrated Food & Beverage system provides the largest amount of operational features in the industry.
Point Of Sale
The Point of Sale system allows for the creation of an unlimited amount of menus and nested menus, grants easy access to member preferences and even enables pre-event chit setup for quick and easy processing at a later time. All of these features, and many more, are made available through complete integration with the rest of your Jonas Management system.
Banquets & Catering
The Banquet & Catering module quickly and efficiently manages room configurations, scheduling, equipment, and a full range of services, resulting in a streamlined booking process and worry-free events at your club.
Dining Reservations
The Dining Reservations module allows you to make your dining facilities searchable in terms of table types, party size, and meal periods. These features allow your Food & Beverage staff to make detail-rich reservations on behalf of your members, so to schedule labor more effectively, avoid double-booking, and most importantly, ensure your facility delivers the dining experience your members had in mind.
Credit Cards
The Credit Cards module integrates with multiple credit card processors, allowing payment processing either at point of sale stations throughout the club or by way of pre-authorized payments against the member’s account. Within this module, ACH functionality is also available.
Event Registration
The Event Registration module enables clubs to schedule events, register members/guests, and manage resources by way of its familiar user interface. This dynamic tool will allow you check members and guests in once they have arrived at an event and even process their payment through point–of-sale. Event Registration is seamlessly integrated to your Jonas Management System, so there are no manual uploads or interfaces required.
Online
The activities that you offer at your club should be accessible by way of your club’s website. Whether reserving a court, booking a tee time, or registering for an upcoming event, your members can accomplish these simple processes at their leisure by visiting your ClubHouse Online website.
