Spa Management
The Spa Management module enables you to integrate your wellness operations with your current software system. Whether you are just beginning to offer wellness services or you are running a full service health and spa facility, Jonas Spa Management will simplify your daily operations, providing a more relaxing experience for your staff and clients alike.
Court Booking
The Court Booking module enables your club to schedule and allocate all resources which are related to your court facilities. You can also establish specific rights and privileges that are automatically enforced during the booking process, ensuring efficiency and eliminating double bookings.
Class Scheduling
The Jonas Class Scheduling module will provide all the necessary functions including resource booking and tracking, member participation tracking, and more. Its integrated features allows for quick billing and personalized member service.
Event Registration
The Event Registration module enables clubs to schedule events, register members/guests, and manage resources by way of its familiar user interface. This dynamic tool will allow you check members and guests in once they have arrived at an event and even process their payment through point–of-sale. Event Registration is seamlessly integrated to your Jonas Management System, so there are no manual uploads or interfaces required.
Dining Reservations
The Dining Reservations module allows you to make your dining facilities searchable in terms of table types, party size, and meal periods. These features allow your Food & Beverage staff to make detail-rich reservations on behalf of your members, so to schedule labor more effectively, avoid double-booking, and most importantly, ensure your facility delivers the dining experience your members had in mind.
Tee Time Management
The Tee Time Management System can significantly help your pro shop become more efficient. Quickly create player reservations, and the proper cart and green fees are automatically selected when the member/guest rules are verified. The check-in process is also simplified, allowing you to create individual or combined chits and proceed directly to Point of Sale for settlement. The processing, maintenance, billing, and reporting of your club’s tee times are all easy to administer through this module.

The Banquet & Catering module quickly and efficiently manages room configurations, scheduling, equipment, and a full range of services, resulting in a streamlined booking process and worry-free events at your club.

The activities that you offer at your club should be accessible by way of your club’s website. Whether reserving a court, booking a tee time, or registering for an upcoming event, your members can accomplish these simple processes at their leisure by visiting your ClubHouse Online website.
